Sorry to hear that yous are having problems logging into your account. If you lot have not already washed this, go ahead and go through the support article "Mistake 87DD0006 occurs when you effort to sign in to Xbox Alive on Xbox One." If this is non working and then it could exist related to the Active Service alert.

Requite it a little time and but check back on the Xbox Alive Status Page to see when the effect has been resolved.
